If I get my 100 down to 10.9 hand timed in the next month how would that compare to what Adam Klink did with his 500 lb squat and 4:56 mile at 6'0 and 215?
Would my accomplishment be rated higher on the hybrid athlete scale?
Would it be the equivalent of running 4:23 in the mile at 6'0 and 205?
Klink said his best 400 is only 57 or something. So he probably doesn't have 10.9 in the 100 meter dash hand time speed. He told me he doesn't have speed.
If I can do 10.9 hand timed then whatever I hand time myself in you have to add in a full .76 of a second to get a more accurate depiction of what I would run in the 100. So 10.9 becomes 11.66 FAT and that's a 11.66 from a standing start and no wind.
I'm basing this off of my 6.94 hand timed current speed in the 60 which converts to a 7.70 FAT from a standing start and zero wind. With a bit of legal tail wind and blocks i'm projecting a 7.54 FAT as of right now.
And 7.54 converts to a 11.5 to 11.6 FAT in the 100.
Also I don't max out on squats but have a 462 max paused hack squat with my feet at the bottom of the mat right now and a 542 lbs paused hack squat with my feet at the top of the mat on an icarian hack squat machine with no knee wraps. Foot placement is everything on the hack squat machine.
