I eat a lot of high-volume, low calorie-dense foods (especially at night), so every time I weigh myself in the morning, I see an increase in weight. Alternatively, I could eat a ton of high-calorie dense foods with little to no volume (fats, candy, etc.) and probably would not be as bloated and would not see an increase in morning weight, at least temporarily. I eat anywhere from 3000-3500 calories per day, sometimes more, and am considering decreasing the amount of fiber/vegetables I consume in order to alleviate this issue.
