What are your thoughts on 10x100 strides after say a track workout of 400s and 800s. Is it redundant? Beneficial?
Depends on the athlete, the level, the goal and the interval workout completed prior.
Sometimes it is better to skip to the 100m reps, forget the other interval work.
No reason to cap at 10 reps.
