Has anybody tried this product? Reviews are excellent and I've seen a lot of people with big improvements in lab-test VO2, but I find myself questioning it a little bit. What does Letsrun think?

Do you have experience with it? I've heard it works great to improve endurance for gym bros who do a little cardio on the side but really doesn't do much for trained endurance athletes.
