Consider that Jakob and Jacob ran 7:26 and 7:27 with one coming from a 1500 program and the other coming from 5000m training. Though it could certainly be the case that these guys are a few seconds faster with perfect, specific training.
Does the Daniels program have a "this or that" option that depends on which of the races is your main focus?
