For the last 6 runs of varrying lengths (35 mins - 70 mins), my average HR has been 162 for EVERY run - 80% of my age-predicted max. HR.
The run usually starts out pretty slow and stays steady for the majority of the run at 170-175. I don't look at the HRM during the run other than "I wonder what it is now...oh, cool". I just go out and run. Am I doing something right or wrong or is it just a stange coincidence that all my runs are always 162 bpm?
