Ran 4:40 splitting a 72,71,70,67. Was my first time trial this fall and a typical rust buster. Didn’t really have the wheels to pick it up too much but I also felt I like I wasn’t truly kicking at all. I also ran it completely solo.
Two workouts I did before was 10x400 where I averaged 69 with a really bad wind the last 150 and a 4x broken 800 splitting consistent splitting 1:42 for the 600 and 30 for the 200.
Race day was abnormally hot too. What do you guys think?
