hi, i seem to have an odd *issue??* in which my threshold/ tempo heart rate and potentially racing heart rate seems to stay relatively low in correlation to my max heart rate.
my max heart rate is roughly 205bpm as found in a very very hard sprint finish at the end of a 5k race, i normally average ~ 180bpm during races 5-8k which seems a bit low?,
but even more odd to me is that my ~6k threshold tempo heart rate can average out to be as low as 163bpm and normally about 165, this is a tried and tested result generally done in the evening fueled properly etc.
my breathing often feels harder than the so called *comfortably-hard* and by the end i feel like i am working pretty hard.
i cant work out whether i am just racing and training too easy, or whether my max heart rate is actually lower (seems unlikely as in certain track sessions recently it has reached ~190)
