Are you sure; why are you so sure?
It says the athletes at the Kapchorwa camp run less than most because of the terrain. 150 km is about 93-94 miles so that would like up as slightly lower than the average East African long distance runner. They also state that a 2 hour long run would cover less distance there than in other areas due to the terrain, which explains the lower total volume.
