Using 1400v6s for speed work on the track, TTs, racing, etc
Using 1500v6s for road tempos, fartleks, moderate runs
I've also been using the 1500v6s for my easy/recovery stuff. However, as I'm increasing my mileage to 60+, I'm wondering if its worth looking for a shoe better suited for this kind of running to help reduce any additional aches and potential injuries.
For someone that loves the 1400s/1500s, is there a shoe anyone would recommend for those days when you're just building easy mileage? Alternatively, just stick with the 1500s? I'm a bit on the heavy side for a runner, 5'8 152.
