Matt, two things.
1. Someone has already answered your question FROM THE VERY BEGINNING. Use your phone, or other recording device. Standard devices use a frame-rate of .033 seconds per frame. Count your frames on your run, add up the seconds, and PRESTO, a FREE FAT SYSTEM that's accurate to essentially .04 seconds. Trust me, this is as much or more than your running deserves. 2. You don't really want this, Matt. Imagine timing yourself with the cold reality of even psuedo FAT. When you get a 5.18 40 yard or a 8.06 60m result....what's the plan then? Fudge the numbers? It's gonna bum you out, bro. I'm DYING for you to see the truth, but I'm not sure you'd be able to mentally cope with it. Might be best to not bother.
