26.5 inch vertical jump at 6'0 and 209 LBS
Previous best was 24.5.
I compared my last PR of 24.5 to this video and it was clearly over 2 inches more when paused at the top.
I measured the bottom of the bar of the rim to the top of my finger tips. So this is really accurate.
I'm at 450 for 1 on hack squats right now at 209.
I need to get to 470 for 1 on paused hack squats while maintaining the same bodyweight of 209 to see an increase of my power to weight ratio.
If I can do 470 within the next month then i'm guessing my vertical will have to be 28 inches. I need over 30 though so a very long ways to go in this.
To get 30 I would have to pause hack squat somewhere within the 505-515 range while maintaining 209. That might be a year off for me.. Seems like too much of an increase for right now seeing that i'm struggling to get 450 up for 1 right now.
