Just this past week-end I started having pain in the achillies and then being as smart as I am ran a couple more times, but the pain is worse now and am looking for any ideas that might help to get back to running soon..I believe this happened because of the uneven terrain in the snow..I normally run 70-100+ miles a week..so I would like to get back asap, but am taking time completely off of running at the moment..any ideas please post! thanks!
