I wear size 10 in just about all training shoes. Would you recommend sizing up a 1/2 size or staying the same size if I were to add superfeet synergizer green insoles to the shoes? Thanks for the info.

If they are thicker than the regular insoles (which they likely are), it is perfectly common to step up a (half) size. Though each shoe fits differently, so see how they fit when you put them together.
Bump.
The best thing to do is to try on the shoes with the insoles. One good thing about Superfeet is that they're insubstantial in terms of adding to shoe size, at least compared to other orthotics. You always can trim the Superfeet to fit the shoe, too. But, I'd try the shoe on with the Superfeet to be sure. I always do this and always have with orthotics.
