Iowa is best bet. It is the only state that had high school sports competing the past 3 months.
Louisiana, Texas are on.
New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine will all have seasons.
MI has a season for Cross as of now.
First XC race in ND schedule to take place this weekend. Fingers crossed.

Georgia seems to be on.
Indiana had a meet in Terre Haute this weekend.
Colorado postponed a lot of sports until Spring but Cross Country was not moved. Practices started last week, a maximum of seven competitions is allowed, state champs scheduled for Oct 17.

The two local HS teams where I live in Iowa are practicing. Not sure if it's official practice.
Georgia has races this upcoming week. Meet is supposed to have 44 teams over two days.

Yes, but outdoor track season starts late Feb. so will the outdoor season be shortened or will the xc season be shorter?
There is not time from January to the end of May to run a full season of xc and outdoor track with all of the league and sectionals.

That's my thought too. It'll be a heck of a grind for the best kids to peak twice in a short time frame with little rest. I'm not saying it won't be done or can't be done.
