Any thoughts on the shoe? Is it fairly stable? What is the heel height? What is its weight? Thanks for the info.

heel height is a little higher than most lightweight trainers, but weight is pretty much the same. The hard plastic midsole was a little rough on the lateral side of my foot. They are not that supportive. Mild support at best.
I'm not a minimalist, but I think as long as you don't have any serious pronation issues, you could train in this shoe without a problem. For me, they were too heavy to race in, but a little light for a shoe to be faithful to.
Any idea how much it weighs? Whether it has a narrow or wide midfoot? I would appreciate any information you have. Thanks.
no idea on the exact weight. I find the midfoot to be wider. I like the Asics 2100's b/c the midfoot is wider. These wern't quite as wide, but still comfortable
Have you ever tried the Asics DS Trainer? Is the midfoot wider than in those? Thanks so much again.
Or the Saucony Grid Tangent...how would the midfoot of the Fila Flow 6 compare to the Tangent's midfoot region? If you have tried them that is...thanks.
Bump.
yes, I would say it was a pretty good fit to the DS trainer. I have not tried the Saucony.
do they fit true to size....comparable to nikes?
It weighs just under 11 ounces in a men's size 9. Has a full-length FHR (fila high rebound) ms compound that increases midsole life by 15% compared to standard EVA. Fila Flow system to assist footstrike from heel to forefoot and is ventilated to reduce in-shoe temp. It is built on the 1071 last, which is more curved than their standard last...more of a track spike last. Fits true to width...snug in heel and midfoot with room in the toe box to work your magic. Blown rubber forefoot is ideal for asphalt/concrete. Airmesh is lightweight and breathable. Sockliner is dual density, forming a fairly substantial arch support. Also available for women. Or men who like light blue.
All of that is true. Except the "magic"...that's up to you.
I have been wearing the Fila Flow Providence and think it is a great shoe
Does anyone have any information on the new Fila Flow Volante? Supposedly it's a light weight, neutral trainer with 20mm-10mm heel-forefoot ratio. Anybody ever try these? Any thoughts would be appreciated.
