You completely omitted those statements. That is intellectually dishonest. Do you not think that it is important that the caller said that he is probably a juvenile and that the gun is probably fake? Because a reasonable person does believe that to be of significance.
How about "I don't know if it's real or not?" Why was that left out of the CNN video and most that hit MSM? Not sure why you don't see that as a major part of the 911 call?

I didn't know I was supposed to type word for word the 911 callers conversation with the dispatcher who failed to mention some the items you are focusing on when she passed teh message on to the responding officers!
There is a lot of room between "type word for word" and "intentionally omit significant information" but you are still trying to act like that information is as insignificant. Why is that? Sounds like you and the dispatcher are cut from the same cloth.

How is claiming that I know nothing about this case stating a fact?

Here is the murder of Tamir Rice by police.
https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/video/2014/nov/26/cleveland-video-tamir-rice-shooting-police
He was not posing a threat when police gunned him down.
No police were indicted in this killing.
The shooter of the boy in the subject of this thread is in jail and will never be free.
It's a sad story but at least there was swift justice.
Unlike the constant murdering of innocent black people by police in America.
By a black thug

luckily no one else agrees with you. not the public, not judges, not lawyers, not the police, and not the caller
rational, adult human beings looked at this case and realized a person with a gun is an immediate threat to public safety
you're a 1000% idiot and now it's been proven in court! hang that on your fridge
You choose to live in America. You play by the rules. Those rules include the chance your 5 year old kid who you have nurtured and adore will get shot and bleed to death in absolute agony.
You absolutely cannot act surprised when this stuff happens.
I bet you £100 ($300) that school shootings have gone down since Corona. Just think about that for a second.

If your threshold is "a person with a gun is an immediate threat to public safety" it's weird how all of these people are still alive and not even arrested?

Well considering blacks murder whites at a rate roughly 12X that which whites murder blacks (on a per capita basis), events like this should not be surprising. Blacks commit violence against whites at a rate roughly 34X that of whites on blacks (again, on a per capita basis). In Chicago, blacks shoot people at a rate 70X that of whites.
"Non-fatal gunshot victims in Chicago had an overall rate of occurrence of 46.5 per 100,000 from 2006-2012, with a demographic breakdown of 1.62 per 100,000 for whites; 28.72 for Hispanics, and 112.83 for blacks.[31] It is estimated that the medical expenses associated with gun violence costs the city of Chicago $2.5 billion a year.[32][33]"

$2.5 billion per year JUST IN CHICAGO. The US is already paying reparations, folks.

Yah, because if a white person pointed one of those guns at the police, the cop would be all like "Don't shoot! Lol!"
The person was a child. But shooting people - even children - comes naturally to the police, and especially if the person is black; they are 2-3 times more likely than whites to be victims of police homicides.
You are nuts to think that shooting people comes naturally to ANYONE and your racist comments should be kept in your own country![/quote]
I'm quite happy that your police keep their racist killings in your own country.
"Three Mississippi police officers have been charged with killing a Black man by body-slamming him to the ground and then beating him last year, the authorities said on Friday."

For everyone wondering why cases like Rice's are more covered than the actual topic of this thread - look no further than this discussion.
He also said - "I don't know if it's real or not" - RIGHT? if he thought it was a child with a true toy gun why call 911?
Yep cases like this get covered way more because a spin can happen like what you are attempting to do. Hard to do that with a five year old unarmed kid riding his bike and gets shot for no reason!
So you are equating the murder of a 5 year old by a member of the public to the killing of a 12 year old by Police. Yes - the police were murderers. But that isn't supposed to be part of their job description. Makes it a little more newsworthy, don't you think?

No! Just pointing very minimal coverage on another horrific case that would have been much different if the races were reversed.

Yes that is significant information. I don't know why CNN didn't include it. Did you leave out significant information in your portrayal because you want to be like CNN?
Simple. It changes the narrative away from what they are selling.
I didn't leave out anything, it was you that did that...but if all you watch is CNN that will happen.

Who is trying to justify what happened? Also, in the United States very few children are shot by the police. That child was reported as an armed 20 year old, and wasn't acting like a typical 12 year old.
He was reported as a juvenile with a fake gun.
Then why was it even reported?
The kids are starting to understand.
