I'm thinking about trying to get a pair of alphaflys but I am concerned if they will fit my foot correctly. I am a size 7 but I have very wide feet. The Hoka Cliftons work well for me but I have had issues with track/xc spikes in the past. I watched Seth James Demoors review and he said that they were a little difficult to get on and he went true to size. Should I go a half size up?

Half a size up will not help you in the width department.
The sizing is true to size.
Everyone has to pull to get them on. It’s meant to be like that so the shoe fits to your foot ‘like a glove’ so to speak.
The shoe isn’t incredibly narrow.
Just buy them in your normal size and if they don’t fit, return them or sell online. You won’t have a problem getting your money back, one way or another.
Don’t size up, not going to help.

sizing up definitely could help. I'd recommend it actually if you have a wide foot
I wear a 10 Wide in Cliftons as the upper rubs against my little toe, but always a 10.5 in Nike shoes. That has worked for me with the Pegasus, ZoomFly, VaporFly, and React Infinity.
ok well i got one person telling me not to size up and two people telling me to size up.
Majority rules
I just took my pair for a spin today. True to size was perfect for me. 12.5 in HOKA, 12.5 Inifinity Reacts, 12.5 Next% and 12.5 AlphaFly all work for me.
