Bro I just bought these shoes and wtf these should be banned they’re like moon shoes it ain’t even in my head I swear. Anyone else feel the same way? I mean they aren’t banned and all but my god I feel like I’m mechanically doping ?. What are y’all thoughts?

No different fundamentally from any footwear development/innovation (intent or purpose) in the last 50 years except Nike did it better and therefore made a more appreciable/noticeable jump.
Not their fault everyone has been been selling crappy shoes for the last 20 years in particular - maybe that's why so many people are against these - they now feel duped by their purchases thinking it would help them run better when it didn't.
So kind of a non-story tbh, except for the pros that didn't/couldn't sign with Nike and now have compete with inferior shoes.
They are banned in track and xc. Only on the road can they be used.
Unless you wear size 4 or 13, I doubt you just bought them.
They should be banned on the roads too. As a consumer it has been with great alarm that I've seen shoe prices spike massively since these idiot clown shoes arrived on the market. Sure it helps the elites eke out a tiny bit better performance, but is really a corporate trojan horse that brings crazy price hikes and means little to nothing for the average runner besides less money in their pocket.
Any cyclist can attest to that sport having been harmed by the massive price premiums sought by manufacturers when carbon arrived on the scene. Want the elite carbon wonder bike? That'll be a cool $6000-10,000 please. At least in cycling, there is still a large 'down market' that supports other less costly options, but those options are extremely limited in running.
Where only a year or two ago there were high quality sale shoes easily found for $50-80 it's become challenging to find even sale shoes for under $90-110, and up. So the idiot hobby joggers who are supporting Nike in this endeavor are wrecking the shoe market for the rest of us. It sucks and does no good for almost all of us in the running community.
As usual, when Nike gets involved, things get wrecked.

When you refer to “idiot hobby joggers”, it makes me curious as to what your current best times might be. Would you be kind enough to list your most recent race results?
The fact that these shoes are allowed on the road but not track or xc attests to them granting an advantage. Steps have been taken to keep a certain purity in track and xc performances, but the roads are "fair game" for these shoes do to the amount of money nike and other manufacturers of these shoes are putting into the sport. Nike has been in the sport since its foundation, but the modern corporate stance nike is taking where the sport of track and field is just an advertising vehicle for its products hurts the sport. At the same time though, what other big companies want to help elevate the sport from niche to somewhere near the realm of other big sports?
