There was some wind in the back (I would say +2m/s). I had to face the wind at the start of the 200s.
I run a 400m on Saturday. Can I run sub 55? sub 54?
I have never run a 400 before except one in a relay but I don't know my time.
I am a 800m runner and this was my first speed session after base phase.
