I have been dealing with an injury and doing most of my cardio on the elliptical the last 5 weeks. I am wondering if anyone has experience with how training on the elliptical wears down running shoe cushioning. No impact, but still weight bearing, so I assume it wears it down to some extent.
Anyone have experience with it? I was counting it at about 1/4 the mileage (so if I am on the elliptical for the time it would take to run 4 miles, I count it as one mile on my shoes).
