10x400 with 100 jog recovery is the workout. Which suggests the faster 1500m and 5k race time?
#1 ave time 1:14.7 400s; ave 100m jog 59sec
#2 ave time 1:15.9 400s; ave 100m jog 49sec
#3 ave time 1:17.6 400s; ave 100m jog 44sec

I would go with #1 due to the fact that 74 and 75 sec is not much different in #2 but a 10 sec less recovery for #1 is a good amount - regardless IMO 400 repeats are a poor indicator of 5000M performance / not the best for the 1500M either
I meant I would go with 2 due to the shorter recovery and 75 is very similar to 74

Workout 3 covered the 4900m the fastest by quite a bit.

So put my money on athlete #3?
They all predict exactly the same time
