I created this plan yesterday and wanted to know other peoples opinions on it. The first 10 weeks seem completely reasonable to me, but the last 10 weeks seem like too much. Maybe because I've never run more than 50 miles in a week, so it seems unrealistic, or maybe it's bad planning. How do others do mileage build ups?
