I recently completed the following workout and was hoping some of you could approximate what I should shoot for in an upcoming 3200m TT, as I have never raced the distance before. Here's the workout:
1600m - 4:42
4 min jogging rest
800 - 2:17
3 min jogging rest
1600 - 4:52
4 min jogging rest
800 -2:19
3 min jogging rest
400 - 63
Short standing rest
2*200 - 30,29
