So, I am in europe preparing for my first race after quarantine. It is a 10k on track and I wonder if I am in shape to run around 32 flat.
My recent workouts:
5k tempo in 16:50 + 2×mile - 4:44,4:43/ 3min.
4×1200m around 3:40/ 2min. + 6×300m around 48s/ 1min.
8k tempo in 26:15
6×1k avg. 2:58 /2,5min.
Ran a 3k indoors in 8:58, but I think I am in 8:50 shape right now.
