Conner Mantz ran a time trial(4:06) this morning in Utah with a few other BYU runners, notably Casey Clinger(4:08ish) 2x NXN champ who just returned from his mission and Aidan Troutner(4:10ish) who won NXN in his senior year. That's pretty early in the morning to be putting out those times not to mention the 4500 feet of elevation.
Super impressive run by Aiden Troutner having not much time from returning from a mission (1-mo?) I think they said he ran 4:10ish.
