These were still run on the same hill as last time. it was a 2-3% +/- grade. Starting on a downhill, then uphill and so on.

This week i ran only tempo pace and faster. Average volume per day this week was 2-3 miles. The air quality was bad so i figured it would be an experimental week that is why the mileage is so low(allowed less time outside).
I am aware that the time slowed down a lot at the end.
Recovery: 30 seconds between each rep.

I will say that after the last rep i went into mild cardiac arrest and had to stop and walk for about 30 minutes. It was a result of poor sleep, malnourished body, dehydrated and tempo every day. This is in the middle of base training, so i will be going back to base?
