I run mid-distance in high school, and somehow, my 400m is better than my 800m. My 400m is 1:01:60 and my 800m is somehwere between 2:19-2:22. Is it because the 400m is later in the night and it is cooler? Or is it because I ran low mileage(22 mpw)
