And I am not talking about obese people. There are people in the military who can't run that fast.

I feel that they should increase their training if they want to break 6:00. I do not feel any pity or empathy for them if that's what you are getting at.
I feel the same as I felt last time.
Some people can’t run at all, don’t have a pair of legs. If you’re not a troll then you should be happy you have the gift of working legs

So you don't feel empathy if it takes them 70 MPW to break 6?
They probably ask the same question for people who can't deadlift, whatever weight.

I quickly lose any sympathy for people who whine and ask for sympathy constantly. No amount of sympathy will make anyone faster.
People offered advice and support. That might actually help you if you listened instead of whining and asking for sympathy.
I do pity you, because this attitude in general is going to lead to a lot of disappointment over the course of your life and unfortunately.

If they are training and running 3 miles everyday at 12:30 minutes per mile pace, it's not surprising that they are failing and struggling to progress.
I mean to be honest I don’t think about it
I now struggle to run sub 6 and I’ve run 4:04 in the past.
So, are talking about me?
David you need to stop posting on these threads if u really want to get faster go out and run hard for at least 2 miles almost everyday you will get faster. You should also run intervals as hard as you can like 8x400 with 1-2 minute rest and eventually you will get faster. This is pretty much how I got down to 5 minutes In the mile. You just can’t get injured. Then once you do that come back and we will maybe give you some actual training when you can run faster then 10 mins on ur easy days.
