Assuming Leo’s 800 TT counts, which technically it should not, he would now be in the sub 1:50, sub 4:00, and sub 9:00 club with his 1:49.9, 3:59, and 8:51 (3200). Who else is in this club? For sure Webb (1:47, 3:53, 8:45). Surely Ryun was capable, but I don’t know what he ran for 880 or 2m in high school.

Ryun ran 1:50.3 for 880 as a junior. That converts to a sub-1:50 800m
Ryun’s two-mile pr was 9:04, which converts to like 9:00-9:01.
Andres Arroyo had 1:47 and 8:51 but I think lacked the sub 4.
Also add sub 50 in the open 400m - not a relay split but FAT
Ryun would be under in everything but the 3200. His time converts to like 9 flat. I don't think anyone would question you if you put him in the club, though. I mean it is Jim Ryun, Oh, and he ran that on cinders, so there's that.

I guess Ryun did not run the other events much in HS.
9:00 for two miles seems much weaker than the other two, which seem much closer to equivalent performances to me.
