3rd post in a week!!! But seriously. I had to. I'm concerned. I think I might be fat soon but I don't know why. 2 weeks ago I was 42kg now I'm 45. I really need to lose weight. I eat healthily and exercise a lot so I don't know what's happening to me. Is this a normal thing? I think I probably gained 3kg because I ate a cookie. I'm the same weight as what my mum was at 30 years old. I appreciate the LRC community and am so happy with the number of responses I got on my other 2 threads.
As for my running, I'm not peaking. But my recent TT a few days ago was good. I'm going to do another one to make sure won't get fat.
Cathy I'll tell you what. When you run more, you eat more. You get hungry and it's normal. The other poster called you stupid and they were rude. This website is alright but if you are going to be on it, be prepared for many nasty and rude comments. I would advise you not to read too many threads on here as you are only 15 and don't want your mind to be corrupted.
1 cookie will not cause a 3kg weight gain. Several, combined with other foods may. Maybe you were dehydrated when you weighed yourself at one point.
Run and don't worry too much about your weight. If you notice you are putting weight on, your body will naturally want to return to a point where it feels better. Your body is always working towards what is best for you.
If you have other concerns down the road, consider seeing a doctor if things ever get out of hand.
