13x400m repeats w/30 seconds rest
This was basically what i found on El Guerrouj's training log on sweat elite. i removed a repeat because i was tired and i would probably mess up the last one.
1 mile warmup/cooldown (added this to show how warmed up i was)
These were run on a a hill approx 2% grade. First was downhill, every other was uphill on the same hill.
Here were the times:

I know what you are going to say. The pacing is all over the place, and that is true. This is my first speed workout for base.
I am asking: based on this workout, what kind of mile shape am i in ?
