No, no one knows what you mean, actually.
Wow, that would mean a 5:03 last 2k if your splits are accurate

That makes more sense!
And the interview started 30s after finishing.
Vaporfly/Alphafly OP! They are barely tired after finishing after just running a self-paced 13:29 5k in windy conditions, and immediately give an interview.
Please do something about these shoes wejo.
I believe my 3 k time was right, and that means the last 2 k was in 5:04 (the tempo of a 4:05 mile).

Rhonex ran 2x as long, and at 3 seconds+ faster per K. I'd hope they weren't too tired if they want to be competitive.

Or 7:36 in a 3k, which by accident is Henrik's Norwegian Record on track (7.36,85).
Hoe can you say this as you are also running in these shoes!
Is this record legal? they used the alphafly's

Interesting that Jakob never ran a 3,000 for all of last season. Given 3:30 and 13:02 as his PBs, that would put him in the 7:30-7:32 range, and maybe even faster considering it might be his best distance at this stage.

Lol. Your buddy was a distant 6th place in their last 5k meeting in London. Was basically only a battle between Hagos and Jakob.

Hard to remember Jakob is turning 20 in September.
Jakob to local newspaper: Thinks he could have beaten the european record (13.18)
, but happy with the start of the season. -Had to wake up the body, and is still in tough training condotion, toughest training week since christmas was last week.
Would be "wrong" to start the season - and in this race - to go for that record.
