Workout 7x 300 w/ a 4 min jog:
42 (feeling good), 43 (relaxed), 45 (relaxed a little too much), 40 (overcompensated), 42, 44 (got a little lazy), 43 ~ 42 avg.
Obviously this is a lot of rest, but I felt smooth for the whole workout and 300 is 1/2 the distance of a 600.
The pacing in this workout was pretty uneven and it wasn't all out. I'm thinking I could go out
