I know Ferguson Rotich, Nijel Amos, Amel Tuka, Clayton Murphy, and Alfred Kipketer.
What about David Rudisha, Donovan Brazier, Wesley Vasquez, Brandon Mcbride, Adam Kszczot, Emmanuel Korir, and Wyclife Kinyamal?

I'd bet Amos and Tuka first then the Kenyans. Amos has had so wildly inconsistent performances over the years and Tuka is north African which are automatically suspicious. Obviously the Kenyans like to dope too. Does doping benefit 800m performers differently or less than other events which are more pure endurance? But then again dont tell me WVN 400m record wasn't doped that is laughable how he finished that race.
Unless they are using some new analogue or designer drug... anybody who is spending a lot of time in populated areas for training, I doubt they're doping.
I'd say the big guys might dope in the off season if they're training in remote areas where they can have a warning if/when WADA comes.
And the doping is just minimal to support recovery over a long cycle. If you can get an entire off-season of super high quality training where you never break down at altitude, can consistently get high quality rest from optimal hormone levels, etc through microdosing... that can easily give you the edge when the season rolls around and the money's in the bank.
