Think of all the high schoolers who are going to run tempos too hard and taper for 4 weeks because of this video.

Mmmmm. Eboys are so attractive ?
i agree. zach doesn't have any credentials to be giving training advice like this. it would be one thing if he was talking about his own training but giving advice is another thing. it would also be different if he was actually training but he doesn't seem to be doing anything.
Coach Spicer is rolling in his grave.
didnt watch the video yet but
sage canaday said something similar. to crush workouts hard in that timeframe to gain fitness really fast and run good times. after u run good times u will go to crud and have to restart.
i did the same thing my first season of running, not really thinking about it, and was running dramatically better in my last few races.
yeah but hes giving it for free. its the same as taking laterunnerphil's advice on here. its up to the audience to sift thru the BS. thankfully, we have you to let us know zack is an idjit
This guy's a sissy
Yet another vegan running failure.
(((levet)))
I didn't see any thing that would be bad. Sounds like Summer of Malmo

In more ways than you think. Remember he picked up a random dude on the side of the highway last year or something and they shared a van by the lake together. If that doesn't have Brokeback Mountain written all over it, I don't know what does.
He has posted non stop videos violating social distancing. He meets up with friends left and right. What a dick
Sage and Levet are like the same person. They give Runners World-like advice (which is mostly wrong) ... Although Pandemic Sage is 100x more annoying.

comparing sage to levet is ridiculous. Sage has knowledge of the sport, he explains why he is giving the advice he is. zach on the other hand just says the first thing that pops into his head.
This video was complete nonsense. I stopped watching when he said you can't run a ton of mileage at fast and that you'll get hurt doing it. I didn't realize this kid had ever actually run fast before in a race

He kinda said it wrong but a better way to say it is, don’t increase two stimulus at the same time. Don’t up the intensity of all your workouts and the mileage. That’s why people up miles in the summer then add the workouts once they’re adjusted
He’s an idiot. It’s as simple as that.
Every single move he’s made in the past year has been increasingly stupid and dumbfounding.
Who the hell drops out of college (with one year left) to chase an OQ time when he’s never even come close to sub 2:20. Let alone the 2:10-2:12 times needed to run and actually make income.
oh no I literally watch Zach Levet a lot ?♀️
