During a few recent days of a so-called "offensive" the Ukrainian army lost about 160+ tanks vs 50+ lost by the Russians. Similar ratio is in other catogories. Who is winning?
UkroNazis still losing. Russia controls large areas of Ukraine territory. Will update tmrw
But Nazi Russia controls less than it did yesterday. They are slowly losing territory and they don't have the troops, supplies, experience, or the balls to hold onto it. Nazi Russia is in decline. Their coward Nazi soldiers are in retreat if they are smart and cannon fodder if they aren't. Fuhrer Putin will be deposed before the end of the year.
Even better, the Ukrainians are: 1) Beating them at the logistics game.
2) Killing Soviet Leadership, which is institutional knowledge you can't get back.
3) Uniting NATO and giving them purpose/cooperation.
The counteroffensive is shaping up into two main axes of attack. One is coming down through a string of small settlements from Neskuchne to Makarivka, heading towards Mariupol. The other is pushing down to Tokmak on the way to Melitopol. These are the northern most points of Russia's defensive lines. It looks like the plan is to encircle Berdyansk from both sides. Berdyansk is an import port for Russian supply chain to the front lines and will be the key to cutting off the eastern front from supply routes to the south. It will also isolate Crimea. But the blown Khakovka dam has probably made an assault on Crimea impossible absent a spectacular collapse of Russian defenses.
What is interesting is to see all the bots and pro-Russian social media accounts desperately throwing out disinformation about how the counter offensive is going. You see one account claim that Ukraine lost 6,000 troops during a single day of fighting then another pops up and claims that Ukraine lost 15,000 on the same day of fighting.
This is not to say that Russian defenses are crumbling the way they did in the fall of 2022. Russia is far better prepared to defend this counteroffensive than it was in the fall of 2022. Breaking through heavily mined defensive lines is very hard and comes at a high cost. But once UA can establish a couple of corridors across defensive lines, the rest of the defensive positions on the front become useless and Russia has to fall back to fortify the major settlements on the way to Mariupol and Melitopol, as well as prepare for a big fight for Berdyansk.
Ukraine has also had bad weather along the front lines. There have been scattered summer storms with heavy downpours. I would not expect any big breakthroughs over the next week due to the weather and the hard fighting that is taking place to try and break Russia's norther most defensive lines. But the weather should improve next week and some decisive battles may take place at the end of June into July.

Blatantly and stunningly wrong. You really just regurgitate whatever Putin trots out in a "press conference?" In the last week UAF has probably lost around ~50-100 pieces of armor/heavy equipment, including 3 Leopards, ~20 Bradleys and a number of other tanks. RUS has likely lost the same amount or noticeably more. UAF losses are too be expected when making an offensive against a prepared defending enemy. I think most independent military analysts continue to frame the "offensive" of the last week as a success so far.
All equipment loses, with pictures and geolocations are tracked here and again: RUS has lost TRIPLE the equipment compared to UKR:
Ukraine says it has liberated four villages in the south-east, calling these the first settlements won back from Russia since Kyiv's counter-offensive began....
A year ago Nazi Ukraine controlled 0% of Russia. Today Nazi Ukraine controls 0% of Russia.
Probing UkroNazi attacks have not yet come close to reaching Russia's main defensive lines, which are much deeper. The sides are swapping villages in heated battles.
The primary concern for UkroNazis' counteroffensive is being repulsed without actually getting close to the real battles that await. Fixed Russian drones are spotting UkroNazi movements then Russia's air space control goes to work before UkroNazis ever get close. But more or less even on the outer fringes, where UkroNazis cannot get beyond.
Will update tmrw
nope, no one is losing but UAF is making more headway than RUS is making or keeping over the last week.
Sure, RUS still controls UKR land, that's not disputed.
UKR did not invade RUS, RUS invaded UKR, you validated that in your previous point.
Probing attacks are just that - probing. The main offensive and the majority of UAF battalions and armor have not entered the fight. But for now, the testing probe groups have made headway and reclaimed significantly more UKR land in the last week than RUS claimed over the last 6-12mo.
Yes, the Russians are doing a pretty good job with their defense and are prepared, but UAF are still making noticeable gains and pushing RUS defensive lines back. Yes - the stronger, more-established RUS defensive positions still await them to the South and East, but that's a different situation to face in the coming weeks/months with different tactics.
I feel sad responding to a person who is likely a RUS troll, but I also have a feeling you're a sad, gullible man in America who is gobbling up the propaganda - just like we saw here on LRC and nationwide with regard to MAG.A, CoVid, Vaccines and now Russia's invasion of UKR.

Russia has more Nazis than every other country combined

Seriously? These numbers come directly from Putin. Nobody with an IQ above 16 would take these numbers seriously, but I see you did.
Almost 10,000 personnel and 250 aircraft from 25 nations are deploying for the largest air force operation in Nato history on 12 June, as allied countries take part in an Article 5 collective defence scenario. The coordinated combined operation, Air Defender 23, will exercise ‘swift decisive action’ for Allied air forces in a defence of Nato territory, according to a statement from Nato Allied Air Command. The German-led multinational exercise will take place from 12-23 June, with a focus on improving and widening cooperation among participating nations. The majority of the US air forces heading to Germany are Air National Guard units from 35 different states. The majority of the participating units in the simulated Article 5 collective defence are based at three German Air Force locations, with some flying in from their home bases. Last month Nato announced that it has made use of a deployable command and control (C2) unit to support Air Defender 23.

Thanks Precious Roy!
A good resource I've followed is on the Browns NFL board. Nearly 2,000 pages of data and updates:
No problems with Ukraine losing. What's strange is pretending Russia started this war or that Ukraine is the victim.
Lesson learned:
Don't let your Nazi problem start the first violence (Nov. 24th 2013) and then use the same Nazis to ethnic cleanse civilians in the Donbas (April 2014) before Russia was ever there. Someone might notice and do something about it. Now Ukraine is losing their land to Russia as a result.

Can we drop the Nazi talk? Ukraine is losing this war straight up regardless. The values they hold while losing is not important. Russians aren't asking to see their Nazi patches before killing them. They are just killing them.

You seem to have missed the part where three times as many Russians have been killed as Ukrainians. This is great because Russia is a Nazi-infested sh*thole and every dead Russian soldier is a step towards denazifying Russia and peace in Europe.

Recent posts in this thread confirm Ukraine’s Nazi issue. Russia’s invasion to “denazify “ Ukraine holds up under scrutiny. American media confirms it now. Ukraine media confirms it now. And the American government confirmed it in 2018.
The opposite could be argued. It doesn’t matter who wins or loses. What matters is, which country are Nazis. That is Ukraine, at least according to America and Ukraine itself. Russia is merely listening to what Ukraine says about themselves.

Troops’ use of patches bearing Nazi emblems risks fueling Russian propaganda and spreading imagery that the West has spent a half-century trying to eliminate.
