Well, this was my response to your slamming me as a Trumper, yet again, which is so unbelievably wrong, but, whatever, you have your sidecar in Trollminator, who, when he’s busy skipping class as a psychology student at State U, he’s either going to campus protest events or posting on letsrun, but definitely not creating jobs, paying huge taxes, or donating to the poor folks in the Carolinas:

Now, I’ve already explained the story of my attorney wife who really did pull herself up by her bootstraps and has a much higher IQ that either you or me, trust me. And I’ve explained why she finds Harris so contemptible and a very poor role model. She did not vote for Trump in the primary, and I’m sure she would’ve found a Haley/Scott ticket digestible, as any candidate like Susan Rice. She at least respects Susan Rice. If we lived in PA, for example, she wouldn’t vote for Harris.

But in your world, that’s a M.A.G.A. vote because it’s not a vote for Harris. My wife also can see all the Kabuki Theatre and all the bull$hit that has been spun over the last four years, and she’s over it. Unlike her View/Oprah watching mother, she can see through it. And believe me, your condescension and your little sidecar’s rabid denigrating of anyone not gushing over Harris is definitely not going to curry favor for an actual swing state voter, so you might want to tell him to stop answering for you.

your solution for the Dems is to run Susan Rice, someone who has never run for office, let alone won an election. Ok, noted. Dems don't generally nominate unqualified individuals for high office. Should they? I don't think so. Running for president someone who never won an election is a big ask for college educated people to support. And a huge political risk b/c lack of a political background. You have to prove yourself in a campaign. Rs do run unqualified people frequently and it works for them, acknowledged. Although it elects disastrous kooks like Vance, Ron Johnson of WI and DJT.

And yes, this is a binary vote. Philosophically you can twist it any way you want, but not voting for Harris = a vote for Trump. At the very least it helps trump win. Inexcusable.

You generally want the left to disarm unilaterally. You want M'aga to be all attack dog and ferocity and sigh and say 'ok well the dems deserve it because of their 'hypocrisy' and m'aga can't help itself so it's ok.' But you want the Dems to be polite and demure when attacked, and smile and say god bless you sir why don't you consider voting for the Democratic Party.' Ok. Could work. Probably not though.

I’ve described the hypocrisy in painstaking detail, you just don’t agree with it. Fine.

It didn’t have to be Susan Rice, that’s obviously a hypothetical, but to say she’s not qualified is laughable. Comedy gold. Maybe running a non-system QB, but one who isn’t lurching totally to the left is actually a good strategy.

I don’t think telling my wife that voting her conscience is enabling Trump. A non-vote for Trump is not an actual vote for Trump. Just simply not true. Sorry, Kamala Harris represents absolutely nothing that my wife has earned. But she sure as hell would want to jack up our already exorbitant taxes to continue to subsidize her pseudo-nanny state and pork-laden pet projects. One example of Trump's stupid "perfect" phone call is impeachable but somehow Biden's own phone call and quid pro quo to hold up Ukraine funding until his sanctioned corrupt burueacrat was installed was not; while, in the meantime, flying Zelensky to PA of all states on the taxpayer dime to appeal for more Ukraine funding and denigrate Vance and Trump was somehow ok. Now, you're the one playing politics.
