MSM thus admits Russia has taken Bakhmut. Then adds a speculation in order to maintain the dishonest MSM narrative. Why is it unlikely to hold Bakhmut? They never say.

1. Wagner has pulled out of Bakhmut and transferred control to less capable Russian MoD troops.

2. Russian MoD troops have already lost control of the high ground on the flanks of Bakhmut, which gives Ukraine an advantage.

3. So many buildings have been destroyed they no longer provide adequate defense from Ukrainian artillery fire (from the high ground on the flanks).

This has all been spelled out in excruciating detail in numerous articles in the MSM over the last month or so. Just because you were too busy listening to Jimmy Dore felate Putin doesn't mean it wasn't discussed elsewhere.
