Actually I don’t think I missing the point at all. First of all it is not a moral issue. It’s not morally wrong to date someone that is also an adult. We are not talking about high school underage people which is not only immoral but is illegal.
So I say again, are we claiming that women are so pathetically weak and fragile that any relationship between them and someone in a position of authority over them must only be able to happen through manipulation? Are these women so pathetic that all it takes is to be in a position of authority? Basically that’s what the argument seems to be.
Anyone have an idea of what is happening at Gonzaga/William and Mary? Two women's head positions. Are they looking for a female candidate? Frontrunners?

Nor is he the best coach under 35. Probably not even under 30. Kevin Williams comes to mind immediately.
A study arguing that consensual adult coach and athlete relationships are not always toxic or damaging. Argues The coaches should not always be painted with a broad stroke and labeled as some sort of predator.
Try reading some college employment contracts. Whether you personally think it is moral or not, that is what it is called in the contract, which is typical of educational systems. Other professional have similar or varied morality clauses; it is what it is.

Its been awhile since we've had a good female coach bashing. I was starting to think you guys might not be feeling well.
This thread is disappointing. I use to assume the individuals that posted were enjoying the banter, needed a place to vent, and even some who just have a chip on their shoulder due to never being able to coach at the college level. (There actually are a few of us who come here to have camaraderie, support, and direction.) What started out as a few posts which equaled the function of a sad high school click, has become a place of bullying and a lack of integrity.
Get back to job posting, speculation of moves, etc.
What is happening at Norte Dame?? Female hire?
