That is a notably uncourageous response. You list of unconstitutional actions by the Democratic party is replete with actions taken during Trump's administration by executive departments under his control and headed by Republicans appointed by Trump. Those actions by executives under Trump's control and who are members of his party say nothing about unconstitutional acts by Democrats (and if you think that all of them even involve unconstitutional acts then your knowledge of the Constitution is very weak). Note that the Trump DOJ headed by a known GOP hardliner was investigating Hunter and didn't bring charges. Some of you non-lawyers have a very poor understanding of how long it takes to develop a white collar prosecution that won't fail. And you should be aware that the current AG is continuing the investigation on the tax crime investigation of Hunter (and perhaps some other actions as well). Pro tip, when the GOP does something you don't like, it doesn't automatically become the fault of the Democratic party.
