I think the D1 coaches have finally learned from the mistakes of others. I would look for Huffins to reappear on the D2 or D3 level.

Will be interesting to see. I heard Patti Sue didn't get a call back for the assistant job either. Probably had someone in mind from the beginning.
I think Petersmeyer got a guy from Boise that agrees with his views on running (so I dont think he would bring Wick or else it will cause problems) or hired someone who applied and believes they can work together. Although Patti Sue has a good resume, her philosophy on running is different.
My friend said that Petersmeyer hired a guy that my friend doesnt know. Might be a up and coming or trying to get experience
I see DIII York College is hiring head track/xc. Not real familiar with the school, does anyone know where the former coach is heading? Any quick insight on the program?
