Cole Gibbens has a new video out documenting his goals for 2025.

Even for a YouTuber his total lack of self awareness is astonishing.

Nah Cole is sound. Good runner, good YouTuber, down to earth guy.

So he doesn't run the entire race with the selfie stick. He has to collapse it and extend it multiple times through the race. To top it off he has to make sure it's close enough to his feet so he can capture the shoes that a brand paid for his entry.

I'm a member of the Chasers, and have never seen her at 1. Any running event/session, we've had, nor have I ever seen her at Battersea Park, and I'm there most days. Unlike Rose Harvey, who is a member, and she comes to Track, and is often seen lapping Battersea Park.
She's probably too busy find the shortest of shorts for Ben Parker.

I took a look at Runna for HM training ideas: no periodisation, and seemingly wanted me to run at HM or faster for far too many sessions! Don't know how anyone could complete this plan without getting injured! I honestly don't think any shoetubers are legit following the plan; along with the fact the founder knowingly ran with bikes filming him in a race then later denies he knew what was going on - overall, seems unethical

I tried the app, and agree, occasional down weeks, aggressive late tapering, and the paces are crazy, and it's supposed to have A!.

The point I was making though, Anya works for Runna, so she can always fall back to the product she works, and extolls the virtue of.

She does run around Battersea occasionally if you look at Strava but always appears to be a solo thing

shes got unbelieveably slow since she split up with Bester. that pre race serving of biltong in seedy hotels worked some magic

Wonder how long she can milk the 2.30 marathon. She was doing 100 mile weeks; I honestly don't blame her for milking the endorsements. She'd have to put a tone of effort in - just to finish out of the prize money for any major marathon.
