If someone is worried about her position then they must not be doing too well. Like you said she’s an assistant T to the assistant it’s very fitting for her credentials. If you’re a solid coach and think you’re coming up you don’t look at these positions you go for the position that will be this positions boss.

Interesting to see how he'll build the program. Young and small NAIA group but I'm assuming he will be there for the long haul. Know he left D2 Purdue NW to coach a HS in Chicago so I would image this lets him get back into college coaching while remaining in the city/location he wants.
