Her chances of winning are pretty high, Disco. Don't forget that Harris is currently Vice President of the U.S. I think we were all somewhat shocked a while back to learn that the Vice President has sole authority under the U.S. Constitution to determine which electoral ballots to count and which to discard. But that is the established law of the land. So, it would appear very likely that Harris will certify herself as the next President.

I'm not sure that open border matters. You seem to completely fail to understand how the electoral process works in America. We have this thing called a "12th Amendment." Perhaps you've heard of it? The bottom line is that the Constitution vests the Vice President with sole power to determine which electoral ballots are to be counted. The Vice President is the ultimate arbiter.
