Interesting. I had read that tinnitus was a vaccine AE, but I didn't realize how common it was.

About 1 in 5 comments to the article made unsolicited responses that they personally (or spouse) had experienced a severe vaccine adverse event. The two most common AEs mentioned were tinnitus and shingles. The rest of the AEs ran the gamut of known AEs.
I actually know of a shingles reactivation too. And a EBV reactivation. Now, they both resolved themselves, so no big deal. But, you have to wonder what sort of immune dysregulation might be going on there - especially when you have a Dr. Birx confessing the vaccines might be causing long Covid, which is clinically indistinguishable from the CFS the Japanese doctor says the vaccines are causing.
Imagine the gumption of calling (or implying) any doctor an idiot, like how Harambe is characterizing this Japanese doc. It’s not like these guys are Jordon Walker DEI/AA admits and consultants. Whatever happened to that guy?

No one has presented evidence for "turbo cancer" outside of anecdotes from crank doctors!
People have tried to provide evidence for "vaccine deaths" but they correlate 1:1 to COVID deaths in space and time...

Oh, believe me, I think some doctors are morons, but not because of their actual intelligence, just because of their training, indoctrination, and lack of courage in thinking outside the box of what they are allowed by their peers and masters. Most MDs, who truly earned it anyway, are actually very intelligent people.

No one disputes adverse events from vaccines. They’ve been very closely tracked and studied. People (subset of the population with IQ > 90) dispute the cost calculus whereby people claim you shouldn’t be vaccinated because it’s more dangerous than not.
So you think it's better to get a vaccine and multiple boosters which have extreme adverse side effects for a significant portion of the users for a disease which frankly is not very dangerous? One which causes heart attacks in young health people who would other wise have been fine had they gotten COVID? That's some pretty poor "calculus" (what you refer to is not actually even calculus).
Why am I here? I know how much you love anecdotes, but I personally knew 3 (THREE!!!) people who developed extremely aggressive, malignant cancers within 3 months of a vaccine. All of them have died. These people were all low-risk, healthy individuals and subsequent case-study review from their care providers indicated that in 2 of the three cases the vaccine was the "only probable cause", and in the third it was the same but worded more politically correct. And these are just people within my circle. There are thousands of these cases being buried. You can read about them just by searching "cancer" on the site I provided. Or you can just read the news on any given day. I know there are tenfold more young famous people having heart issues and developing cancer than I've ever read about in my entire life. It wasn't like this even five years ago.
Anyways, I'm not sure why you're trying to die on this hill. You've all but admitted the vaccines are no good.
