From this Motion, it looks like Eric Herschmann (former Trump lawyer and Senior Advisor) is going to be a huge prosecution witness if this ever gets to trial. Herschmann was the conduit between the Trump Campaign and Trump regarding all the efforts to find election fraud. He was telling Trump constantly that all the election fraud claims were bullsh!t and that Giuliani, who was spearheading the conspiracy on that endeavor, was a whackjob.

He had his lawyer Christina Bobber attacking the Speaker of the Arizona House for doing his job, but then a couple years later, he lies to her and gets her to submit a false affidavit to the FBI and DOJ, totally jeopardizing her law license if not her whole career.
