pinto is a damn workhorse. he has a legit shot, and you just added more fuel to the fire by saying he has no chance. pinto, cummings, clark, and raegan will come back all-americans. and the mansfield dmr as well.

Getting tossed out of the Irish Pub(sucky, expensive bar by the way) for standing up for one's self against an off-duty town cop.

We would love to see Clark, Weiss, Reagan, Blood and Cummings in the 5k at the Bucknell Outdoor Classic on april 11. We expect a number of 13:55-14:10 guys in the fast heat this year.

Dirt, I think i speak for the majority of us when i say no one cares about anything you have to say. Maybe if you had told them you once received a text message from Vanessa Andes they would have let you stay.

I agree whole-heartily with old Crabby here, I think Dirt should keep his personal life to himself. Also I see Clark getting top 3 and Regan will get 8th in the 5k. Cummings will go top 5 while Pinto has a good shot at getting AA depending on the type of race that unfolds. Mansfield DMR will also get AA unless they drop the baton or somebody blows up. I agree with you guys as well. The reason why I mentioned this is because basically the whole PSAC group that actually matters, paid their dues, could talk about and do whatever they want on a PSAC forum(Jorge and TP as well) was there with me and it was at the PSAC championships. I don't mention my sexcapades with half of you guys' moms on here, as I can't get into that graphic of detail so the thread isn't deleted.

Anyway, I feel for Strauman. Hope he comes back with a strong outdoors. Mansfield just keep "Rohl"ing along and crank out a solid DMR. Cummings, Iuri, Clark and Reagan, do your thing, and how about the ladies going to Nats that no one mentions? Best of luck PSAC ladies!

What about Ship ladies in the DMR? Also Holly Urban is running at Nationals...why arent ships girls running any individual events at Nationals? CAL mens 4x4 had a chance of getting AA

If you, medina, and TP were the only ones who talked on this board it would be the least interesting thread on this website. The hoodlebug, Homer City, 9 mile loop, Blue Spruce, the trails where Shinsky and Coach Fry play frisbee golf, or simply the midnight mile always directed and won by Jorge. IUP simply does have some good runs. Wouldn't drive across the state for it though. At least, not spontaneously.

i dont really understand the whole mike tyson comment, but who cares. as for dirt, who cares what he does. this board is for everyone and anyone. we post some good things, and some crappy shit too. we also post a lot of inside jokes meant for those on the inside. that is what dirt does. we have a lot of people posting on here and it makes it interesting. whether it is Hoovis telling us his predictions, or people bitching out Neyhart, we have a good thread going and its just meant to have fun. sometimes people just forget that and get too uptight.

TP, keep driving out here for those 16 mile runs, although i think now a days you have a little more of an incentive (cough erica cough). jake, im sorry i could not hang out at indoors. Dirt keep me posted on your stories.
