But did you know David was hit by a car? He only reminded us 27 times in 90 minutes during the latest podcast.
It’s obvious the Roches cashed in on that relatively minor accident. They say as much in the same episode, and quite frankly that’s kind of gross.
I for one will be glad when they no longer have a platform.
any chance he flew through the air? for like 10 or 20 feet?
My favorite is when he speculated he got running “superpowers” after sustaining a TBI. Or maybe it was ketonez? I can’t keep track of all the amazing sh!t this guy says.

Maybe it was some substance actually more "super" than just Ketones or AG1 or [insert another sponsored Feed product]?
The Roches simply think too highly of themselves most times imo. The sheer arrogance is astounding. This is often the case of the extremely wealthy and privileged people in places like Boulder. Boasting about an underweight Zwift performance, like really?
The business of duping people is highly successful with them. If only we could 'just eat all the carbs' and find that magical SWAP power to run happy with no limits we'd accomplish all our goals no doubt! Believe! LOVE WINS!
Tell that to all the runners they've injured. The guy can't even keep himself healthy with all his 'coaching knowledge' and 'carb eating' and training!
When's the sub 4-min Mile and sub 14-min 5km at altitude happening? 160 grams of carbs per hour?
Look David flew 100 ft I still don’t give a sh!t what any of you negative idiots and whiners have to say.
100 feet at least with a heat suit on! easily 120, maybe 150 feet, at sea level in a normal bike kit. all this due to AG1 and new broccoli spooge drink
Good list to start for newbies - also factor is his pee bucket usage, dog affliction, Zwift weight issues, varying products he shills, he’s proclamation to shock the world at WS, word class cyclist ambitions, expert opinion from reading abstracts (using his Bachelor of Arts degree), and on and on. there are so many areas he’s greased on it is hard to keep straight, which may be why it seems he stretches at times, but glad you started a list. of course, do rephrase each of these into oddly specific absolutes that will be easy to prove false.
Hiding behind Megan’s “double doctor” degrees is the part that is most irritating. So many people take what these 2 say for truth because they are masters of talking out of both sides of their mouths. David doesn’t know sh!t about interpreting scientific literature, and they have no business speaking out of their lane on issues like nutrition, physiology, metabolics, etc. Hell David was rambling about his plantar “tendon” strain, which says a lot in only 1 word. These guys are cons.
I found a Roche video with her dumping pee out of a ceramic bowl. WTF. And then at the end she's laughing at him with his hand in his waistband...very weird.
Megs on Strava now boasting about her 45min Alp du Zwift… ok sure! What a disgrace.
Get over yourself. She can do whatever the hell she wants you mother trucker. She’s probably far better than you at running, zwifting and how about life in general.

"There’s a long artistic tradition of bodies being used to shock or alienate (Charlotte Roche’s Wetlands comes to mind). What’s interesting here is that there’s no alienation—just practicality.
If only Philippe Gaulier were still alive to explain it to you."

Hey Claude, what does a 45 minute Alp du Zwift ride equal in power?
“A 45-minute Alpe du Zwift climb requires an elite level of fitness, typically averaging around 4.3–4.5+ W/kg for the entire ~50-minute, 10.9-kilometer climb. This is an advanced, near-professional, or high-Cat A racer pace, demanding consistent, high-intensity power output throughout the 21 hairpins.”

So that puts her around 47kg which is around 105lbs? She’s probably 115-120 after 2 kids and all the spaghetti she eats on the treadmill…
I just went to alpeduzwift.com which is a calculator to figure out how fast one can climb that segment. According to strava her avg power going up was 227w. That site says at 227w and 50g one would climb it in 44min on avg. She did 44:43 so close enough. So she has about 110 entered for her weight.
It's over folks. At the Forest Hill aid station he and wife Megan are coming up with the DNF plan. Haters go home elated. David Roche goes home absolutely devastated.
How is this seven month old thread still a thread!
