Y’all see legit good guy/Youtuber Jamil Coury is running a 360m segment outside a Chipotle in Tempe over and over? See him on Strava. Hopefully there is a video to come. He ran a marathon up and down the segment this morning.

Why do so many of these YouTubers offer coaching services when they're always either overtraining, under performing or sick/injured?
One half of the "First Couple of YouTube Running" Matt "Welsh Runner" Rees had a "Seville or Bust" series which has gone bust after one episode because he injured himself running too hard. His partner and second half of the "Power Couple" had an appalling Valencia marathon and in true Rees family YouTube tradition this meant no video. Hit a PB in Pisa and, wow, a video within a day or 2.

There's a reason almost every runfluencer gets into the coaching game - its the best way to turn your fame into $$ (or in this case ££). Plenty of clueless beginners fishing around for the magic plan that will give them a huge marathon PB, when the reality is that its mostly a matter of putting consistent volume week in week out and any of the generic marathon plans from Pfitzinger/Daniels/Hudson are plenty sufficient.
I nearly spat my cereal out earlier when I saw an advert on instagram to win a place in the Manchester marathon along with a “Fordy Runs” training plan. Had a look on their website and there are loads of plans for sale. Who is buying these?!
I wonder if the plan includes conveniently having a mate a 10 minutes back who’s “struggling” so you jog it in with them or if that’s an optional extra?

I just checked Manch 2025 website and could only see a bunch of freebie plans attributed to Ayo Dada. TBF the plans are all free so one can't be ripped off though I believe there are loads of better options available. And worse ones too.

He says he has a "legal" mix of supplements that support his recovery, allowing him to do so many marathons. He stated several times, in his video, "all legal"... Also running this weekend are Kofuzi (Runna Shill Club) and Sage in Houston. Alongside Duncan Marsden who is the Global Runner. He is legitimately world class for his age and although his videos aren't great and he isn't a natural in front of behind the camera it is an interesting story

I really like Global Runner. Granted his edits are a bit choppy. However, he seems like a guy legitimately just documenting his journey. I find him fairly authentic and natural in front of the camera, in all honesty
I mean yeah he's a nob head and the doc clearly shows that. Nevertheless, none of the messages show direct antisemitism, only a dislike for the country of Israel.
